Sr. Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise-level projects and respective teams through the full project lifecycle
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics with executive sponsors
• Facilitate requirement gathering and solution design workshops
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors for project delivery
• Oversee UAT planning and ensure end-user readiness
• Track budgets and provide regular status updates to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or product management
• Experience with complex enterprise system implementations (NetSuite, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise SaaS or system integration projects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive reporting
• PMP certification preferred, as well as ServiceNow and/or NetSuite certifications

Pay

$120,000 – $135,000 annually
