Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of project-related cost management
- Aid in the development and maintenance of the construction schedule
- Monitor schedule and collaborate with team and subcontractors to meet milestones
- Take-offs and budgets for estimates up to or around $25M
- Collaborate on larger estimates
- Develop and track the project QA/QC program
- Implement the company's Safety Program and demonstrate safety leadership
- Identify project issues and escalate to management
- Develop new work leads and opportunities with clients
- Provide commercial insights as required
- Provide monthly cost reports including forecasting of labor and subcontractor exposure
- Foster and promote the growth of junior staff members
- Manage project level controls such as document control, specification review, RFIs, submittals, and work-planning collaboration
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or related degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven management insight to maximize employee productivity and performance
- Complete understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Participation in industry organizations; ability to bring in new client opportunities
- Willingness to travel for work
- Software skills and database software experience with Procore, HeavyJob, HeavyBid, InSight Sitework, Primavera P6, MS Office, and MS Project
- OSHA 30-Hour Training
Qualifications

Pay
The expected salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
