Responsibilities
- Manage Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) certification processes
- Ensure CMS federal compliance and funding assurance
- Oversee project management including scope, schedule, quality, and financials
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as CMS, MITRE, and business leads
- Collect and document evidence for Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and Certification Readiness Review (CRR)
- Monitor policies and regulations including AoA, MITA, PBA CRR, and DAP
- Apply healthcare analytics and reporting knowledge
- Facilitate certification workstreams
- Implement change management in health IT projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or Project Management
- Preferred: Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Health Administration (MHA), MBA, Master's in Project Management, or Master's in Health Policy
