Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large, cross-functional projects or programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Apply advanced project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, tailored to the specific needs of each project.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, facilitating seamless integration of technical and business requirements.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to plan, monitor, and communicate project progress effectively.
- Develop and implement advanced processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across projects.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to communicate program performance to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues.
- Foster effective communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
- Leverage advanced analytical thinking and decision-making abilities to navigate complex challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
- Employ effective conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes and maintain productive team dynamics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects or programs.
- Advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices and applications.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, MS Office Suite, and ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong strategic, critical, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and manage risks in complex projects.
- Experience preparing detailed reports and dashboards for project performance monitoring.
- Advanced analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
