Sr. Project Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project plans, change orders, agendas, and status reports
• Identify and manage resources needed for project success
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and scope management
• Review team deliverables before client presentation
• Apply PMO methodology and enforce project standards
• Manage multiple projects with varying life cycles from one week to several months
• Track risks and manage hardware and personnel
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure project documentation is current and properly stored and billed
• Participate in client meetings as required

Qualifications

• 7-15+ years in trading technology, covering infrastructure, telecom, and managed services
• Experience with risk management, trade execution, market data platforms, and FIX Protocol
• Hands-on experience with a range of technologies, including network infrastructure and application monitoring systems
• Project Management certification (PMP, SCRUM, or PRINCE2) preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and customer service abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience

Pay

$122,000 – $145,000 annually
