Sr Project Manager

About the role

Lead cross-functional complex project by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage timelines and scope to drive successful project outcomes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure adherence to commitments. Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership. Champion process discipline and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management. Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects. Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Support commercialization readiness, ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• 3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems

Pay

Salary range $76,400 - $105,000, with actual placement within the compensation range depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
