Sr. Project Manager

About the role

Hermanson Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead and manage projects of various sizes. The Sr. PM will oversee project teams, ensure project schedules and goals are met, and develop contacts with clients.

Responsibilities

• Promotes teamwork and a positive team attitude through leadership.
• Establishes and maintains a trusting relationship with foremen, superintendents, customers, engineers, general contractors (GCs), and subcontractors.
• Manages day-to-day project activities to ensure successful project turnover and follow-up meetings.
• Develops and manages project budgets and change order logs.
• Maintains a document control system and reports accurately on ECAC/Stats.
• Supports field personnel and works effectively with customers on projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience as a Project Manager.
• Prior HVAC and/or Mechanical construction experience.
• Technical skills in ACC Build, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, etc.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience in related fields considered.

Skills

• Technical skills in programs such as ACC Build, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
• Sincerity and desire to maintain a superior customer experience.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop a holistic view of Hermanson’s business.
