Sr. Project Estimator

About the role

The Sr. Project Estimator is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data to provide competitive estimates
• Prepare and present cost analysis reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

• Construction estimating software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
