About the role
Responsible for estimating project costs and timelines for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs and durations using industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and reports for project stakeholders.
- Stay updated with market trends and pricing data to ensure accurate cost estimations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for cost analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
