Sr. Project Coordinator - Strategic Projects Portfolio (SPP) - Fairburn, GA
for section headings, - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide which content goes into which section.
Potential sections:
- About the role (prose)
- Responsibilities (list)
- Requirements (maybe combine Education and Experience? Could be separate sections but we prefer few substantive sections. Could have Requirements (Education & Experience) as a list? Or separate Education and Experience? The rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine Education and Experience into a Requirements section (or Qualifications). Also we have Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities and Behavioral Attributes could go under Skills and Qualifications.
We need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We can decide to use:
- About the role: prose paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe as list).
- Qualifications: maybe combine Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities and Behavioral Attributes? Or we could put Skills separate.
But we have both Skills and Qualifications headings available. We could put Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities under Skills, and Behavioral Attributes under Qualifications (or vice versa). However Qualifications often includes education/experience; but we already used Requirements for that. Could shift.
Let's think: The posting has sections: Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Behavioral Attributes, Other Requirements. We could map:
- Requirements: Education + Experience (list)
- Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (list)
- Skills: Behavioral Attributes (list) maybe? But Skills heading could be for abilities; but we already used Skills for Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities. Might be redundant.
Better: Use Requirements for Education+Experience, Qualifications for Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, Skills for Behavioral Attributes, Benefits for benefits, Pay for pay, Schedule for schedule.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Behavioral Attributes is a list of soft skills; could be considered Skills. So we could put Behavioral Attributes under Skills.
Thus:
- About the role: prose.
- Responsibilities: list.
- Requirements: Education + Experience (list).
- Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (list).
- Skills: Behavioral Attributes (list).
- Benefits: list (competitive base salary, annual incentive awards, health, welfare, retirement benefits, incentive program, link).
- Pay: prose: "Competitive base salary (specific amount not disclosed)"? But we must not invent. We can just state "Competitive base salary" as given.
- Schedule: prose: "Full time; occasional travel required (up to 25% of time)."
We must ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
Now we need to format.
We'll produce:
