About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Sr. Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Support the successful execution of multiple projects by coordinating activities and resources.
- Facilitate project meetings, document discussions, and track action items and risks.
- Serve as a central point of contact among project teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Ensure project schedules are maintained, and compliance requirements are met.
- Assist in managing project dependencies and reporting on project progress.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting project coordination or project management activities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
