Responsibilities
- Leadership: Ensures the overall design intent of the project is incorporated into detailed documentation.
- Technical Resolution: Resolves and coordinates technical issues within a defined portion of the project.
- Communication: Communicates with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure all information is incorporated into project requirements.
- Supervision: Supervises the preparation of technical drawings by less experienced staff.
- Client Interface: Regularly communicates with client representatives to verify design requirements and specifications, progress reviews, and delivery of final presentations.
- Teamwork: Coordinates with the project leadership team, assists in planning and conducting work, and attends on-site visits and project meetings.
- Business Development: Participates in business development meetings to target project, client, or market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect with current registration in your region required, if licensure is offered in your region.
- NCARB registration preferred.
- LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years’ design experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in architectural design.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in BIM and other modeling software.
- Experience with construction phase services.

Pay
The reasonably expected annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.
