Sr Program Specialist
About the role
As a Sr Program Specialist at Honeywell, you'll be the operational backbone for building technology projects, including Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, and Life Safety Systems. You'll expertly navigate the complete project lifecycle, from initial pre-sales and development through delivery and close-out for ongoing customer and product support initiatives. You will report directly to the Sr Program Manager and work out of the Duluth, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.
At Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), you'll be at the forefront of installing, integrating, and maintaining the critical systems that make facilities safe, secure, comfortable, productive, and energy-efficient. You'll also contribute to global leadership in energy services, helping organizations optimize operations and leverage renewable energy.
Responsibilities
- Manage project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Perform financial forecasting, working capital control, and deliver the committed P&L.
Requirements
You must have:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management in building automation systems, data centers, or construction, with a focus on estimation, project execution, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
Qualifications
