About the role

As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing key program activities to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals. You will be instrumental in coordinating program tasks, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and driving program efficiency and effectiveness. You will report directly to a Sr. Program Manager or Director and you’ll work out of our Lancaster, PA location on an On-site work schedule.

Responsibilities

Cook up and lead program activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with program objectives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Develop and coordinate customer proposals for new business and follow on contracts.
Develop new business through customer contacts.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE 2 years of experience in program support or program management roles.
Strong knowledge of program coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in project management tools and software to track program progress and deliverables.
Experience in analyzing program data and generating reports to support decision-making.
Familiarity with enterprise performance management and outcome-based solutions is a plus.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
