Key job responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Scaling
  • Define and own the multi-year roadmap for the ordering function.
  • Identify opportunities to scale operations, reduce cycle times, and improve quality across the portfolio.
  • Design and implement scalable frameworks, mechanisms, and standard operating procedures.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and automation solutions to transform manual workflows into intelligent, self-service systems.
  • Influence senior leadership across multiple organizations to align on standards, secure resources, and drive adoption of ordering best practices.
  • Own executive-level communication including Monthly Business Reviews, presenting strategic insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Partner with technical teams to define requirements for system enhancements, tool development, and integration opportunities.
  • People Development & Peer Coaching
  • Actively coach and develop peers and junior team members.
  • Identify growth opportunities for others and create structured mentorship pathways.
  • Foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning.
  • Operational Excellence & Team Enablement
  • Create comprehensive training programs and knowledge management systems.
  • Establish service level agreements (SLAs) with internal customers.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and escalation mechanisms.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs
  • Forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
