Sr. Program Manager, Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and partnerships
• Design new programs from first principles
• Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple departments
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively address risks and dependencies
• Build governance structures and project plans that can scale
• Analyze performance data to generate insights for decision-making

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in program management or complex projects
• 5+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership
• Proven track record of operating with autonomy in ambiguous situations

$145,000 – $165,000 annually
