Sr. Program Manager - Residential, Energy Efficiency

About the role

The Senior Program Manager will lead CLEAResult’s implementation of the Act 129 Residential Energy Efficiency Programs in Eastern Pennsylvania. This role oversees all phases of program implementation, including cost management, program implementation, performance tracking, client/customer satisfaction, subcontractor oversight, and strategic coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Energy Efficiency Program with annual revenue of $5–12M (excluding incentives)
• Lead contract execution and ensure compliance with Act 129 regulations and client plan filings and expectations
• Oversee program P&L reporting, KPI tracking, and performance-based compensation delivery
• Direct and coordinate multi-functional teams (10–30 people), including 4–7 direct reports and sub-contractors
• Serve as primary liaison with Utility Client, leading program review sessions and strategic planning
• Ensure program implementation aligns with regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer needs
• Cook with contact center and marketing teams to support program development and outreach
• Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and trade ally engagement
• Support process and tool improvements to enhance program delivery
• Develop strategies to expand participation and savings across residential programs
• Accurately report and manage data in coordination with centralized operations team
• Collaborate with other Program Managers supporting the portfolio of programs

Requirements

8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs
5+ years of people management experience
Experience managing large-scale programs; preferably (Residential or Income Eligible)
Understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and Business energy efficiency measures
Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
Ability to travel regularly in Eastern PA and to the CLEAResult, Client office, or Customer Sites

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred

Pay

$120,000 - 130,000 + Bonus

Schedule

Remote-based in PA, but requires regular in-person meetings in Allentown, PA
