Own and drive bi-weekly portfolio reviews across ROC, consolidating status, risks, and capacity data for Amazon Talent Acquisition leadership
Establish and maintain executive reporting mechanisms that provide consistent, high-quality visibility into program health and delivery progress
Track and report on capacity utilization across TPM and PM teams, identifying allocation gaps and recommending trade-offs

Identify and implement process improvements that reduce operational overhead and improve delivery predictability
Standardize program management workflows to ensure consistency and reduce ad hoc coordination
Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and reporting templates that enable self-service visibility

Operate across Tech and Program teams, facilitating alignment and driving consensus among diverse technical and business stakeholders
Proactively escalate risks, blockers, and misalignments to maintain momentum and avoid late-stage surprises
Build trust through consistent delivery, transparent communication, and reliable follow-through

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Knowledge of general AI tools
Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
