Sr Program Manager I - Implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee new logo implementation programs from initiation to deployment
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, defining deliverables based on scope
• Cook up activities across functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely updates
• Track project risks and implement mitigation strategies via the company’s risk management process
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction
• Document all project-related communication, changes, and statuses thoroughly
• Foster collaboration across multiple departments to enhance project outcomes

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in FinTech or SaaS industry focusing on digital banking project management
• Proven track record in leading complex projects while maintaining schedule, scope, and budget
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet
• Exceptional organizational abilities with great attention to detail
• Experience managing backlogs and client issues effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

$142,000 – $158,000 annually
