We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a summary paragraph after location. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting says: "We offer a highly competitive benefits package along with a commitment to our core values..." So there is mention of benefits but not specifics. It says "highly competitive benefits package". That is vague but still a statement about benefits. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits package, albeit generic. Should we include Benefits section? It says "We offer a highly competitive benefits package". That's a statement about benefits. It's not placeholder like "not specified". It's a statement. So we can include Benefits section with that sentence. Pay: Not mentioned. Schedule: Not mentioned (no mention of work hours, shift, etc). So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need sections: About the role (maybe from summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Ideal Experience?), Qualifications (maybe Bachelor's degree etc), Skills (Desired Skills), Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Sr. Program Manager. Not to be used as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from the posting. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, background check, ITAR details? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the EEO paragraph, the background check, ITAR details, "Learn more about the ITAR Click Here". Also remove "Note that some positions will also require US citizenship..." maybe that's substantive? It's about eligibility. Might be considered legal boilerplate? It's about citizenship requirement. The posting already says "U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person under ITAR; must possess or be eligible for a DoD clearance." That's a requirement. The later note about citizenship may be duplicate. We can keep the requirement but remove duplicate legal statements. We need to preserve all substantive info: location, summary, responsibilities list, ideal experience, desired skills, benefits statement, maybe travel requirement, clearance requirement, etc. We must not include application instructions (like "apply", "Click Here"). We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Location: Redwire's Albuquerque, NM location is made for the Mission — accelerating humanity's expansion into space by delivering reliable, sustainable, and innovative infrastructure for future generations. Summary: Redwire Space Missions, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead complex, multi‑contract space mission programs for the DoD, U.S. Space Force, SDA, AFRL, and other national security space customers. This role requires deep, hands‑on experience executing spacecraft, payload, and/or ground segment development programs within high‑reliability, mission‑critical environments. This leader will direct programs from concept development through launch, on‑orbit operations, and sustainment — ensuring excellence across technical performance, cost, schedule, mission assurance, contractual compliance, supplier execution, and customer engagement. This is considered an onsite position. Candidates must hold an active DoD clearance or be eligible to obtain one. Responsibilities: list bullet points (many). We'll need to convert each line into

  • . Ideal Experience: bullet list (Bachelor's degree..., advanced degree preferred; 10+ years...; Extensive experience...; Deep familiarity...; Strong proficiency...; Demonstrated success...; Must be willing to travel up to 25%; U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person under ITAR; must possess or be eligible for a DoD clearance.) Desired Skills: bullet list (Proven track record...; Ability to lead through influence...; Experience working with primes...; PMP certification preferred.; Expertise shaping proposals...; Ability to coach teams...) Benefits: "We offer a highly competitive benefits package along with a commitment to our core values of Integrity, Innovation, Impact, Inclusion, and Excellence." Also maybe "Grow with us as we innovate the next generation capabilities for a new era of space exploration!" That's more marketing fluff but substantive? Could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO. It's a tagline. Might keep as part of About the role? The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, application instructions. This line is not boilerplate; it's a motivational statement. Could be included in About the role section. We need to decide sections: About the role (summary + location + maybe tagline). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe Ideal Experience?). Qualifications (maybe Bachelor's degree etc). But we have overlapping: Ideal Experience includes education, years, experience, etc. Qualifications could be same. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Ideal Experience and Qualifications into one section called Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering education, experience, clearance, travel, citizenship), Skills (desired skills), Benefits. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has real content. Let's draft:

    About the role

Redwire's Albuquerque, NM location is made for the Mission — accelerating humanity's expansion into space by delivering reliable, sustainable, and innovative infrastructure for future generations. Redwire Space Missions, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Grow with us as we innovate the next generation capabilities for a new era of space exploration!

    • Lead program‑level risk management activities.

    • Ability to coach teams and model leadership excellence.

    Benefits

We offer a highly competitive benefits package along with a commitment to our core values of Integrity, Innovation, Impact, Inclusion, and Excellence.

Check for any duplicated content: We included location and summary in About the role. We also included the tagline "Grow with us...". That's okay. We removed EEO, background check, ITAR details, "Learn more about the ITAR Click Here". Also removed "Note that some positions will also require US citizenship..." as duplicate. We kept travel requirement, clearance requirement. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "All offers of employment at Redwire are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check and your ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US." That's removed. Check for any leftover duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes "Experience operating within FAR/DFARS requirements..." which is a responsibility? Actually it's under Responsibilities in original. We kept it as a responsibility bullet. That's fine. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The original also had "This leader will direct programs from concept development through launch, on‑orbit operations, and sustainment — ensuring excellence across technical performance, cost, schedule, mission assurance, contractual compliance, supplier execution, and customer engagement." Included. Also "This is considered an onsite position." Included. Also "Candidates must hold an active DoD clearance or be eligible to obtain one." Included. Also "Lead major program reviews with customers and independent technical authorities." Included. Also "Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance; prepare ETC, EAC, and customer reporting packages." Included. Also "Conduct contract negotiations, change management, and develop proposals for new or expanded work." Included. Also "Main
