Sr. Program Manager

Step into a high-impact program leadership role supporting a multi-year pricing transformation initiative built around Price Setting and Configure Price Quote (CPQ). This position offers the opportunity to lead complex technology delivery across commercial, finance, engineering, data, and vendor teams while helping drive key revenue outcomes. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of a large enterprise technology program from planning through execution and rolloutCoordinate work across commercial, finance, engineering, data, and external implementation partnersMaintain strong governance around scope, commitments, timelines, dependencies, risks, and financial trackingPartner with senior stakeholders to provide clear updates, drive decisions, and keep priorities alignedHold vendors and internal teams accountable to milestones, deliverables, and overall program outcomesGuide multiple technical workstreams while navigating complexity and shifting prioritiesSupport executive-level governance and communication with VP/SVP stakeholdersEnsure delivery remains aligned to the business goals and revenue impact the program was designed to achieve Skills 10+ years of experience leading enterprise programsExperience operating in senior stakeholder environments, including SVP-level audiencesStrong background in managing complex technology delivery initiativesAbility to oversee multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams simultaneouslySolid experience managing scope, risk, dependencies, budget, and delivery performanceExcellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work through ambiguity, complexity, and changing business needsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Preferred Skills Program management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent credentialAgile, SAFe, or similar delivery-framework experienceBackground supporting pricing transformation initiativesExperience with CPQSAP experience Horizontal is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where every person is respected and valued.
