We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical Network Operations supporting the Navy. If you're a proven leader who thrives in a high-impact, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in national security, this role is for you.
Active Top-Secret Clearance Required. US Citizenship Required. Location: Virginia Beach, VA | On-Site. Requisition type: Pipeline.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program management experience on large-scale Navy IT or Cyber contracts valued at $50M+ annually
- Experience managing 200 plus FTEs
- Active DoW Top Secret clearance
- Current PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirements
- In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&Ms
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large DoW IT programs, ideally Navy or Joint training initiatives
- Knowledge of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and emerging military training technologies
- Background in exercise planning across multiple warfare domains
- Understanding of training-related computer, communication, and network systems
- Master's degree in related field or management field
- Experience with data visualization tools and program reporting dashboards

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
