Are you an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in SAP Order Management and complex supply chain operations?We are looking for a results-driven leader to spearhead the implementation and launch of a next-generation Control Tower supporting global supply chain operations. What You'll Be DoingAs Program Manager, you will be accountable for the successful mobilization, implementation, launch, and transition to steady-state operations of customer programs.You will:Lead end-to-end program delivery from implementation through stabilizationManage complex, cross-functional workstreams across operations, technology, finance, HR, and customer teamsOwn governance, risk management, change control, and executive reportingEnsure operational readiness including processes, training, testing, cutover, and launch activitiesDrive stakeholder alignment and customer satisfactionLead continuous improvement, automation, and expansion initiativesManage program financial performance, budgets, and delivery outcomesSupport long-term customer retention and growth opportunities Key RequirementsThis role requires a strong understanding of SAP-enabled order management and supply chain processes. Candidates without significant SAP order management experience are unlikely to be successful in this role. Essential Experience10+ years in Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, 4PL, Control Tower, or Operations Transformation roles5+ years leading major implementations, mobilisations, or transformation programsExtensive SAP Order Management experienceExperience working across multiple regions and functionsStrong commercial and financial management skillsExperience managing executive stakeholder relationshipsProven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change in complex environments Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar certificationExperience in AI infrastructure, technology deployment, manufacturing, inventory management, or global order orchestrationExposure to 24/7 operational environments and Control Tower operations Physical Requirements:Ability to travel to regional branch offices, warehouse facilities, and vendor sites as neededSitting or standing for extended periods during office work or site visitsAbility to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.Regular use of computer and telephone systemsOccasional use of stairs or extended walking across warehouse yards Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
