Responsibilities
- Manages 5 or more complex programs or diverse workstreams within a program or functional area.
- Analyzes data and user needs to determine functional and cross functional requirements.
- Provides management oversight across multiple simultaneous projects or project tracts within a Program.
- Operates in a business or technical environment, using analytical and evaluative techniques.
- Has extensive experience in a particular functional area.
- Confers with personnel of organizational units and identifies specific input and output requirements.
- Conducts operational effectiveness reviews.
- Develops or updates functional or operational manuals outlining established procedures in accordance with organizational policy.
- Performs scenario development, feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Applies business-wide criteria for planning, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of facilities and systems across a major sector of the function or business applications.
- Must be capable of exercising discretion and independent judgment in the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience providing direct project management pertaining to construction programs.
- PgMP preferred, PMP required, Agile or other Program Management certifications, training and/or demonstrated experience with customer approval.
- IEEE, IEC participating member.
- Expert level leader and coach in simultaneous projects and programs, demonstrated communication skills - verbal, written, and in presentation format.
- Ability to manage deliverables at all levels of the business structure from entry level to executive level management.
- Exemplary analytical cost management/cost control expertise including financial modeling, utilization of costing tools; SAP, Excel, and GAACP.
- Regulated utility exposure preferred.
- Proven aptitude and demonstrated experience for high volume, complex portfolio and program management.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $215,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
