Responsibilities
- Manage monthly program controls, coordinating cost and schedule activities
- Lead month-end close activities, ensuring data reconciliation with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Collaborate with analysts to maintain data consistency across systems
- Prepare and deliver reports on program performance analysis to leaders and customers
- Support reporting requirements for various stakeholders with comprehensive data analysis
- Execute schedule change management, updating project status and IMS
- Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments to evaluate and report on schedule confidence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proficient in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Department of Defense (DoD) assessment principles
- Skilled in analyzing large datasets and communicating insights effectively
