Sr. Program Controls Planner / Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly program controls, coordinating cost and schedule activities
• Lead month-end close activities, ensuring data reconciliation with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Collaborate with analysts to maintain data consistency across systems
• Prepare and deliver reports on program performance analysis to leaders and customers
• Support reporting requirements for various stakeholders with comprehensive data analysis
• Execute schedule change management, updating project status and IMS
• Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments to evaluate and report on schedule confidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience in a related field
• Proficient in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Department of Defense (DoD) assessment principles
• Skilled in analyzing large datasets and communicating insights effectively
