Sr. Planner/Scheduler

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative user interfaces that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive UIs for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UI designs align with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest UI design trends and technologies.
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to improve UI designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI design.
• Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles.
• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with web development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
