Sr. Program Analyst (Strategy Specialist/Engagement Experience)

About the role

The Associate Engagement Analyst handles supporting organizational strategic systems, initiatives, and projects with a focus on evaluation, design, optimization, and department analytics. This position serves as a technical and analytical expert within the Engagement & Associate Experience team—developing data-informed insights, building dashboards, and presenting findings that drive strategies, workforce planning, and cultural development.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in data analytics, organizational strategy, and program development
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to apply computer skills to perform data analysis, graphics, spreadsheets and database management
