Sr. Program Analyst/Requirements Manager

Join our team as a Senior Program Analyst / Requirements Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by running its portfolio and requirements management processes. You will build schedules, track cost and performance, and surface risks for senior leaders, ensure investment decisions rest on accurate, timely data. Run requirements intake, prioritization, and board read-aheads and minutesBuild and maintain an enterprise Integrated Master Schedule in MS ProjectApply Earned Value Management to track cost, schedule, and performanceBuild portfolio dashboards and risk, issue, and opportunity registersSupport PPBE activities with program managers and directoratesIdentify duplicative or disconnected requirements and recommend fixes Required Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenshipBachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience, Master's + 6 years, or PhD + 3 yearsSpecialized experience leading large, complex projects for DoD or the Federal governmentExperience developing and managing schedules in MS ProjectKnowledge and experience with Earned Value Management and project controlExperience managing the full change lifecycleProgram management across requirements and capability development, acquisition, procurement, and resource management Desired Requirements prioritization board supportCost/schedule/performance dashboardsAcquisition planning and market research At FWI, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
