Sr. Production Associate I
About the role
Join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt-blown cartridge manufacturing team as a detail-oriented and reliable Sr. Production Associate I. This key role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace while collaborating with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
You will have the opportunity to operate advanced manufacturing equipment, contribute to process improvements, and participate in training and development programs.
Responsibilities
- Operate advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Assemble filtration products according to detailed specifications, including weighing, measuring, and performing simple mathematical calculations.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in a heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other relatable skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods of time.
- Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience with quality inspection.
Schedule
2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 11:20 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay
The hourly range for this role is $21.41/hour. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
