About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sr. Production Associate I to join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt-blown cartridge manufacturing team. This role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace is fundamental.

In this role, you will collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers, operate advanced manufacturing equipment, and contribute to process improvements. You will also participate in training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble filtration products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or applicable experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods of time.
• Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Quality inspection experience.

Schedule

3rd Shift: 11pm–7:30am, Sunday–Friday

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $21.41/hour. This range may be modified in the future and is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
