Production Associate 1

About the Role

Our Production Associates hand-make natural skincare products as part of our product manufacturing team. You will work hard to keep up with a quick production pace, ensuring that products are made, packaged, and labeled in a timely manner. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and a positive attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately without error
• Develop a sensory understanding of ingredients (smell, texture) to detect potential imbalances before adding them to a batch
• Assist with labeling products (by machine and by hand) as needed
• Communicate ingredient or packaging needs when necessary
• Maintain a clean workspace by cleaning up after yourself and others during and at the end of each shift
• Ensure a safe work environment in manufacturing areas
• Perform additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and reasonable

Requirements

• Physical ability to complete job duties, including standing for long periods, working in non-climate-controlled spaces, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and technical/mechanical skills
• Ability to follow directions accurately
