Production Associate I
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate I to join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. This key role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace is fundamental to this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality filtration products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
- Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Up to 1 year of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other applicable experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
- Working effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.
- Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.
Preferred qualifications
- Machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
- Computer proficiency.
- Quality inspection.
Schedule
B-Shift hours will be 7:00pm-7:00am Sunday PM - Wednesday AM, and every other Wed. PM-Thurs. AM.
Pay
The hourly range for this role is $19.00/hour. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
