Sr. Product & Services Analytics Manager (Remote)

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee product analytics vision and strategy
• Develop and maintain a multi-horizon product roadmap
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business goals
• Drive detailed requirements from stakeholders to engineering teams
• Act as a technical partner to Engineering for architectural discussions
• Build relationships with leadership, communicating roadmap progress and risks
• Gather stakeholder feedback to guide product development

Qualifications

• Eligibility for CJIS clearance (U.S. citizenship or Green Card necessary)
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related; MBA preferred
• 7+ years in product management, with 4+ in senior technical roles
• Deep technical knowledge in software architecture, APIs, and data infrastructure
• Proven history of managing complex product roadmaps in agile environments
• Expert-level in agile/scrum methodologies; CSPO certification is a plus
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in SQL

Pay

$145,000 – $220,000 annually
