You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Responsibilities

• Educate internal teams and buyers on agile, agentic sales
• Direct strategic initiatives, aligning Sales, Product, and Finance
• Design AI-driven frameworks to solve business bottlenecks
• Take accountability for product marketing deliverables amidst ambiguity
• Conduct market research to shape long-term strategy
• Develop business cases and financial models for product innovation
• Execute go-to-market strategies focused on Salesforce and RAO integrations
• Develop effective sales enablement tools and marketing assets

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in B2B software product marketing or management
• Deep expertise with CRM ecosystems, especially Salesforce
• Strong background marketing to CROs, RevOps, and Sales Operations
• Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable results
• Experience in agile SaaS environments with continuous delivery
• Familiar with event management software and large-scale user conferences
• MBA or equivalent experience required

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
