Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Cross Product Marketing & Tech
Amazon Devices is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the Ring and Blink brands on the Amazon site in North America.

Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to align goals and drive successful product execution.
- Channel Performance and Improvement: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for the Amazon site. Lead experiments that drive awareness and conversion.
- Sales Process: Own goals around site conversion and revenue. Measure performance, analyze gaps, and provide feedback to improve the experience in running promotions and campaigns.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the category and sales ops teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy on the Amazon site.
A day in the life involves working with a cross-functional team (product, offline retail, finance, PR, site merchandising, and design) to define, develop, and execute innovative sales and product launch strategies. You will think and act both strategically and tactically, balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This highly visible role requires strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills to drive focus and excellence across diverse teams.
About the team
The team supports the sale and merchandising of Ring and Blink products on Amazon in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The goal is to help customers build a connected home by creating an easy, educational, and engaging shopping experience that drives sales growth, customer loyalty, and innovation. The team leverages best practices across Amazon Devices and provides expertise to subsidiary teams on customer needs and Amazon tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
- Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing.
Pay
Base salary range: $142,800.00 – $193,200.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA). The total compensation package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
