About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer passionate about financial services to join the Amazon Business Payments and Lending team. We provide working capital and payment solutions to Amazon Business customers worldwide, including our flagship Business Credit Account. As part of the global Amazon Payments organization, we build payment experiences and financial services that procurement, finance, and AP teams trust and prefer. The ideal candidate will strategically position payment products within the B2B purchasing journey, translating product capabilities into customer-facing narratives and scalable adoption programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging architecture across B2B segments, translating payment and lending capabilities into value propositions that resonate with procurement leaders, treasury, finance, and Accounts Payable managers.
  • Develop buyer and persona frameworks for the B2B payments buying committee, mapping the purchase journey across multiple stakeholders who evaluate and approve a payment method.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches from internal enablement through customer-facing launch, including launch tiering, adoption metrics, and post-launch optimization.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and program performance to identify opportunities, inform the product roadmap, and design programs that accelerate customers from application through activation.
  • Build sales enablement and customer-facing content, including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign assets tailored to procure-to-pay decision makers.
  • Use generative AI and agentic workflows to scale content production, sharpen customer segmentation and insight, and personalize programs across the lifecycle.
  • Ensure products and positioning are well represented in AI-mediated buyer research and communicate AI-powered product capabilities credibly to B2B customers.
  • Partner with international teams to scale product marketing globally and present results and recommendations to senior leadership.

Basic qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating familiarity with enterprise customer decision-making processes.
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
  • Experience working with or evaluating AI systems.
