This is a highly visible, cross-functional role at the intersection of AI strategy, product storytelling, and enterprise go-to-market execution. You will serve as the company's primary AI narrative authority, maintaining Iris and IAM core messaging across all customer-facing and field-facing content to ensure every launch, campaign, and enablement asset tells a consistent, compelling, and differentiated story. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Legal, and Field Marketing to build the messaging infrastructure that helps Docusign win in an increasingly competitive AI market. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing.

- Own AI trust positioning and customer communication in close collaboration with Legal, clearly articulating Docusign's data boundaries, consent controls, and governance framework in a way that builds enterprise confidence
- Articulate clearly why Docusign's AI wins—not just what it does, but why it outperforms alternatives and how it complements other AI tools in the enterprise ecosystem
- Enable field and cross-functional teams on the AI and agentic market landscape, Iris capabilities, and IAM platform differentiation, combining individual features into a larger, compelling platform story that drives enterprise deals and expands adoption
- Serve as a core contributor to high-impact programs, including analyst relations, Momentum, and Momentum OnTour, packaging the Iris and IAM narrative for industry analysts, executive briefings, and customer conferences to ensure a consistent platform message across every high-visibility moment
