About the role

Amazon Payment Products is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive strategy and product feature development with measurable P&L impact, create internal and external product features, and deepen integration of our products with Amazon's Retail platform. This role supports the US Co-branded Credit Card business as part of the North American regional organization.

Key job responsibilities

  • Owning the long-term roadmap for credit card customer experience
  • Defining the vision, animating that product vision for stakeholders, and bringing the vision to life
  • Owning end to end programs within credit card; delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Constructing mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood and acted on
  • Being a subject matter expert on customer experience; using that expertise to influence programs across the Consumer Payments org

A day in the life

In a typical day, you'll interact with internal and external cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop product strategies to meet those needs, build business cases to justify development, measure success of tests, and scale successes. You will regularly work with engineering, marketing, design, data engineering & data science, legal, finance, operations, and fellow product marketers to create vision and implement aligned plans.

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Pay

Base salary range: $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA location). Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
