Sr Product Manager, Upstream Marketing

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager Upstream Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development and commercial strategies for core technology
• Collaborate with Upstream Marketing Director to shape program direction
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders to explore unmet needs
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer behavior
• Facilitate Advisory Boards to gather physician feedback
• Communicate customer input to development teams to inform product decisions
• Perform financial modeling and forecasting for new product opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, or related field
• 4 years of experience as a Sr Product Manager or related role
• Experience in professional marketing/product management in a medical device environment
• Knowledge of clinical applications and community trends for targeted product segments
• Ability to modify strategies based on customer feedback
• Experience in developing sales strategies for cardiovascular medical devices

Compensation: $255,051 – $262,702 annually
