Sr. Product Manager - Tech, RL Products, Project Leo
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.
About the role
As part of Leo's RL Products team, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment and returns capabilities. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that optimize inventory management, global network architecture, system integration, and operational planning. Your recommendations balance software and operational complexity with customer experiences. Your expertise in advanced supply chain technologies, combined with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, will drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and elevate the overall fulfillment and returns experience for Leo’s global customers.
You deliver end-to-end software systems which enable new and novel customer experiences, including how customers request, track, and manage returns and replacements. You will also launch new support and commercial models to ensure customer peace of mind in our products and services. You focus on the B2B customer segment and all returns and replacements experiences.
To ensure product-customer fit, the Product Manager Technical (PMT) owns a monthly cadence with large B2B customers, validates product-market fit with market teams, defines the B2B customer persona framework for Leo's returns/replacements, and establishes a metrics-based prioritization framework to ensure the most impactful features are prioritized (e.g., enterprise, government, SMB). Large product investments are defended by clear customer-impacting working-backward metrics that define success and guide course correction.

- Partner with regional business development, operations, finance, and legal teams to create tailored refurbishment, fulfillment, warehousing, and recycling strategies, optimizing Leo’s cost to serve across our customer base.
