Sr. Product Manager - Tech, CoSS-Fixed

About the Team

The CoSS Product team supports the RISC mission by taking a science-first approach to offer trustworthy listings to our customers, inventing intuitive and precise tools to simplify our SPs' compliance journey, proactively disincentivizing bad actors from participating in our stores, and innovating to reduce our cost to serve. In doing so, we help stakeholders including Legal compliance, business teams, and operations teams meet their compliance and safety needs through collaboration with tech teams within RISC, SPS, and across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive a multi-year vision that changes the paradigm for how customers purchase and safely use products.
• Facilitate external partnerships and work cross-functionally with internal teams spanning business, engineering, design, category management, machine learning, customer service, legal, and operations functions to effectively implement solutions.

About The Team

In doing so, we help stakeholders including Legal compliance, business teams, and operations teams meet their compliance and safety needs through collaboration with tech teams within RISC, SPS, and across Amazon.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Compensation

• The base salary range for this position is listed below.
• Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
• Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
