Description Summary
The Senior Product Manager has responsibility for the design, development, and marketing of products for one or more divisions, product lines, or market segments. Duties And Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Group Product Manager to manage, monitor, and enhance Enterprise Payments products and services.
- Reviews and modifies existing products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
- Oversees tasks associated with new product development and works with business units to introduce and sell the product on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the Group Product Manager to develop and oversee the production of marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail, and/or other communications.
- Evaluates products and recommends changes in the product or marketing strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- 3+ years experience with ACH, Wire Transfer, RTP, and payments solutions
- 3+ years experience with data analysis
- 3+ years experience with product life cycle
- 3+ years experience working with sales, operations, risk, and implementation teams and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional)
- Payments Product Management or Delivery Experience
- Leadership experience
- Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exempt Status

Compensation Range
Total Base Pay Range 70,000.00 - 105,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual
