About the role

The Payables Product Management team is seeking a strategic, market-focused Senior Product Manager to support Huntington’s Payables Product Managers, with responsibility for ACH, Wire Transfer, and Instant Payments products. Reporting to the Payables Product Segment Manager, this role is well suited for a candidate with Treasury Management experience in Sales, Operations, Technology, or Servicing who is interested in expanding into Product Management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of payment solutions, user needs, and business priorities, while collaborating with stakeholders to help shape product strategy, manage risk, and drive meaningful outcomes for Huntington Bank and our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Treasury Management and/or Project Management experience
• 2+ years experience with ACH, Wire Transfer, and Instant Payments

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Strong leadership skills
• Good collaborator able to work directly with stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Information Technology, Risk Management, Service & Onboarding and others
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to overcome obstacles
• Good communicator for internal and external discussions; able to provide clear, concise direction on objectives and processes to move projects forward, solve challenges and proactively escalate as needed
• Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use metrics to track product performance and guide decisions
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional)
• 5 years of Treasury Management Product Management experience
• Self‑starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates
• Payments Product Management or Delivery Experience
• Ability to define product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Experience building and managing product roadmaps based on market data and measurable business outcomes
