Sr. Product Manager - Tech, AWS Billing Product

The artifacts we process and generate serve as a critical interface between AWS service teams, customers, partners, finance, and sales organizations. The AWS Billing Product Team is seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager - Technical to support international expansion of billing entities for AWS’s customers. These entities provide customers with localized experiences that allow them to seamlessly transact with AWS for their purchases. We are building the future of how we launch these entities globally by leveraging an agentic approach to accelerate and productize these launches.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and execution of launch acceleration products that enable humans to be the copilot of these launches.
- Be AWS’s voice in different marketplaces and define future roadmaps and product development for these markets and their launches.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and customers to identify pain points and develop solutions.
- Develop go-to-market plans and actively participate in project implementation and communication.
- Define long-term vision, own the product roadmap, and align dependencies across multiple product teams and key stakeholders.
- Create product vision and go-to-market strategy to drive product delivery and launches.
- Deep dive into customer data and feedback to ensure the right technical and business tradeoffs are considered as part of delivery.
- Own requirements gathering and feature definition of products, including appropriate success criteria to achieve desired business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
- 2+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through go-to-market (GTM).
- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies.
Pay
USA, WA, Seattle - $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually.
