Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy for new ad formats and viewer experience innovations in Prime Video, driving the roadmap from concept through launch and iteration
- Lead or critically influence planning and execution of all aspects of product implementation, including product definition, engineering delivery, and go-to-market
- Work across Prime Video Ads, Prime Video, and Amazon Ads organizations to conceptualize, experiment, launch, and scale products that balance viewer experience quality with advertiser effectiveness
- Build and drive partnerships with key stakeholders across multiple organizations to foster best-in-class product vision and achieve shared objectives
- Partner with engineering, applied science, design, and business teams to translate customer insights and business strategy into clearly defined product requirements and user stories
- Identify new ad format opportunities by analyzing viewer behavior, advertiser needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies including AI
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of exceptional viewer experiences while meeting business goals
- Leverage data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance
- Build and scale profitable programs for Prime Video
Basic Qualifications
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience with end to end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
