About the role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on email marketing technology, customer communications, and marketing platform integrations. This role is ideal for someone who understands customer journeys, marketing technology ecosystems, and how customer data flows across multiple platforms to deliver personalized communications.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product initiatives supporting enterprise email marketing and customer activation capabilities.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, data, and technology teams to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions.
- Define requirements for integrations between customer data platforms, communication platforms, and downstream marketing systems.
- Translate complex business needs into technical product roadmaps and user stories.
- Support integrations involving APIs, file transfers, identity resolution, and marketing automation technologies.
- Ensure customer audiences and marketing campaigns are successfully activated across multiple platforms.
- Analyze data flows and identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within Marketing Technology (MarTech), Customer Engagement, or Digital Marketing platforms.
- Experience managing products that support email marketing, customer communications, customer data platforms (CDPs), or marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and audience activation.
- Experience working closely with software engineering and technical development teams.
- Ability to understand data architecture, APIs, system integrations, and file transfer processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) or customer identity platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise email delivery platforms or marketing automation technologies.
- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise digital product environments.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and marketing technology ecosystems.
