About the role

A Sr. Product Manager is needed to lead the development and execution of compliance/sovereignty hybrid cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects and driving product strategy in a hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting hybrid cloud compliance and sovereignty.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing and executing projects in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and sovereignty regulations relevant to cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully leading product development and launch cycles.
  • Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud service providers and their offerings.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
