Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Product Vision & Roadmap
- Lead the product vision, roadmap, and evolution of solutions supporting analytics and AI capabilities across the organization.
- Translate enterprise data and AI strategy into a clear, actionable product roadmap that prioritizes capabilities delivering the greatest business impact.
- Define product success metrics and continuously evaluate effectiveness through usage, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Product Lifecycle & Delivery Coordination
- Establish and implement lean product lifecycle practices - intake, prioritization, release planning, and governance across the data product portfolio.
- Cook up delivery across data engineering, analytics, and AI teams; manage cross-team dependencies and maintain roadmap momentum.
- Introduce scalable product operating standards, playbooks, and frameworks for the broader D&A organization.
- Enterprise Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as the coordination point between technology teams, business stakeholders, and leadership by aligning priorities and driving decisions.
- Align enterprise stakeholders around product priorities, portfolio capabilities, and the long-term data and analytics strategy.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and value in exec-ready formats; represent product strategy in leadership forums.
- Adoption, Rollout & Change Management
- Lead end-to-end product rollout strategies ensuring successful launch, adoption, and sustained utilization across the enterprise.
- Develop enablement programs, communication plans, and adoption frameworks that accelerate time-to-value for end users.
- Establish user feedback loops and drive continuous improvement in product usability and organizational fit.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management and/or enterprise program leadership experience, with a track record of delivering platform-scale or data-driven products in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience launching or scaling data products, analytics solutions, AI-enabled capabilities, or large-scale enterprise platform programs; including, establishing lean product lifecycle practices and leading rollout and adoption programs end-to-end.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders - translating complex solutions into clear, outcome-focused narratives
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI/ML capabilities - sufficient to lead product and program decisions with confidence, with deep technical and domain expertise provided by the broader team.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to frame complex problems clearly, operate in ambiguity, and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking.
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and defining KPIs tied to business value.
- Exceptional ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams - influence without authority at the senior leader and executive level.
- Executive-grade written and verbal communication: crisp specifications, compelling demos, and exec-ready updates.
- A growth mindset with a desire to coach others, improve processes, and raise the bar for product teams at Lennar.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
