Sr. Product Manager - AI Products

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product strategy for health and nutrition features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered coaching solutions
• Develop and maintain an experimentation roadmap for AI initiatives
• Lead the creation of new AI products, addressing challenges like latency and user trust
• Translate complex AI features into user-friendly product requirements
• Guide AI product strategy across teams with best practices and vision
• Manage a cross-functional squad to meet customer needs and business goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience with proven team collaboration success
• Experience shipping AI/ML features in consumer products, including LLMs and recommendation systems
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including model evaluation and responsible AI practices
• Experience managing mobile digital consumer products at scale
• Strong critical thinking and analytics skills to solve ambiguous problems effectively
• User-centric mindset with experience in design and user research for consumer products
• Excellent communicator for stakeholder alignment and strategy sharing
