Sr. Product Designer, Merchant AI-first Support

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for AI assistant experiences supporting merchants
• Define cohesive patterns that connect conversational AI with product experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build AI experiences
• Use research and data to improve workflows and guidance
• Shape vision and scaling strategy for catalog enhancement initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience designing complex B2B, commerce, merchant, or advertising products
• Strong product discovery and systems-thinking skills
• Experience with AI or conversational experiences
• Proven collaboration skills across product, engineering, and research teams
• Ability to utilize AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping
